S4MP 0.58.0 - Time Pause Fix & Inventory Sync Improvements

Fixed time pause not working for clients for the first few clicks
Inventory item favoriting now syncs correctly for all players
Fixed the issue where dragging inventory items into the world in live mode wasn't functioning for client players

Important things to keep in mind
This version of the mod only supports The Sims 4 versions 1.103 and later.
There are now different server regions (Europe, US, Asia Pacific), the room code only works in the region where the game has been hosted!
As always, this version contains a lot of updates and most probably contains bugs. Feedback is very welcome, and it is a huge help to boost the development of the mod.
