S4MP 0.57.0 - University fixes & new kits support

This update adds support for the new Storybook Nursery Kit and the Artist Studio Kit, as well as fixes to the university enrolment and launcher UI improvements.

Important things to keep in mind

This version of the mod only supports The Sims 4 versions 1.103 and later.
There are now different server regions (Europe, US, Asia Pacific), the room code only works in the region where the game has been hosted!
As always, this version contains a lot of updates and most probably contains bugs. Feedback is very welcome, and it is a huge help to boost the development of the mod.
