S4MP 0.50.0 - Inventory & For Rent fixes

This S4MP version includes inventory fixes for multiple selections, as well as enhancements to the Mac installation path detection and dialogs for the For Rent expansion pack.

Improved inventory syncing for all players
Client players can sell multiple items in multiple mode from the inventory
Client players can set multiple items as favorite in multiple mode in the inventory
Rental management dialog is only displayed on the right client
Mac installation path is detected correctly in the launcher when it's outside of the users folder

Important things to keep in mind

This version of the mod only supports The Sims 4 versions 1.103 and later.
There are now different server regions (Europe, US, Asia Pacific), the room code only works in the region where the game has been hosted!
As always, this version contains a lot of updates and most probably contains bugs. Feedback is very welcome, and it is a huge help to boost the development of the mod.
