S4MP 0.48.0 - Bugfixes & For Rent support
Added 2023-12-23 16:34:47 +0000 UTCS4MP 0.48.0 brings further fixes to issues introduced by the latest game patches alongside with launcher support for the latest For Rent expansion pack.

- Added launcher support for For Rent expansion pack
- Fixed the View Bill Information action at the mailbox
- Portable items (tablets, laptops etc.) bought by client players can be placed to the inventory
- Time is not paused anymore when entering EA/Steam overlay

Important things to keep in mind
- This version of the mod only supports The Sims 4 versions 1.103 and later.
- There are now different server regions (Europe, US, Asia Pacific), the room code only works in the region where the game has been hosted!
- As always, this version contains a lot of updates and most probably contains bugs. Feedback is very welcome, and it is a huge help to boost the development of the mod.
