S4MP 0.24.0 - Clubs, Modern Menswear Kit support & other bug fixes [Win & OSX]

It's all about the clubs! S4MP 0.24.0 fixes club interactions and gatherings among smaller bug fixes, including whims & inventories. This update also adds support for Modern Menswear Kit.

We would also like to thank our patron Bolune for his outstanding work regarding bug reports and coding ideas, it really helped a lot to improve this update of S4MP!

Changelog:

Support for club actions for all players (create club, add member, remove member etc.)
Club gatherings can be started by all players
Club perks can be bought and selected by all players
Whims lock & refresh works for all players
Opening inventory via sim actions now opens only on the right client (e.g.: via fridge)
Support for Modern Menswear Kit
Revamped the launcher settings UI

Important things to keep in mind:

This version of the mod only supports The Sims 4 versions 1.77 and later.
There are now different server regions (Europe, US), the room code only works in the region where the game has been hosted!
As always, this version contains a lot of updates and most probably contains bugs. Feedback is very welcome, and it is a huge help to boost the development of the mod.
