S4MP 0.11.0 - Inventory & dialog fixes, save re-sync [Win & OSX]

- Added a save resync button to the launcher
- Added expansion pack auto-detection to the launcher
- Discord Rich Presence support
- Invite code link is now accessible from the launcher

Important things to keep in mind:
- There are now different server regions (Europe, US), the room code only works in the region where the game has been hosted!
- As always, this version contains a lot of updates and most probably contains bugs. Feedback is very welcome, and it is a huge help to boost the development of the mod.

2020-11-27 05:43:24 +0000 UTCI am also having the same issue as Whitney stated above. I've been playing the same save with friend for the longest time but apparently now the save itself is too large for the mod to work. I wish this was stated beforehand or at least known it was an issue. :/

I am having issues with the mod (when i try to play with my bf, the saved game loads on both of our computers but then he can just unpause and play it separately: the game is not synced. My screen shows that i can not unpause, and that i have to wait for the other player).

Or, at least add a toggle that allows more advanced players to override the restriction (and you can add some kind of warning about what may happen if they do). I haven't had any issues with my > 10MB save files and up until this point the mod has been working great for me. I want to continue using this mod and supporting it, but I obviously won't be able to if I'm going to be, for lack of a better word, punished for playing with all packs and fully fleshed out worlds.

2020-11-26 18:03:00 +0000 UTCI can no longer play the save file I've been playing on with my sister (both LAN and online). It says that the save file is too large. The file is only 15mb. Why was this restriction added? I don't have a single save file under 10mb.
