Trial version can be downloaded for free here. The game hasn't come out and slated for release in early January. Secret partial post I made earlier last month was featuring a partial for this game. It had the UI and database fully translated, but now I'm expanding it by translating the maps, too.
To install the patch, you will need to unpack the game's exe first. Download Enigma Virtual Box unpacker from here, use it on the exe. Rename %DEFAULT FOLDER% to something else and then copy the contents of the archive into the /www folder.
