Morty Rig figured out
Added 2016-01-31 00:04:41 +0000 UTCI must say it's been quite an experience building this since i've had to basically throw out everything i knew in flash. But as it stands this rig is now done and ready for use!
Everything you see here is attached to one peg hierarchy, and can be turned during animation at will (and individual parts).

I will definitely be using this kind of rig build for the pinkie on pinkie flash and others (as well as redoing fluttershys rig since that was also still built in the old ways).
