LiL's 1 Year Anniversary, and a Special Treat!

On 10/28/19 I released the first (very small) teaser of Lost in Laminate.  Now, a year later, it is over 400,000 words and nearly completed.  So what's next?  Well, here is a special sneak peek...

Attached to this post you should find a teaser version of Laminate Calling, a potential successor to Lost in Laminate.  Featuring incremental clothing tracking, perks, a male start, and all the benefits of my greater experience in Twine, try it out and get a taste of what's to come!

I love Lost in Laminate and it looks like Laminate Calling won't be any different. It looks great so far and I can't wait to see more interactions with the NPCs,

Great feedback! I do very much intend to give it a dedicated scene when the player sticks it in their room.

Fixed! I had to launch this one without the normal bug-testing because it was secret. Gland you've enjoyed!

Found an error message: I can't (go-to:) the passage 'indentured collar' because it doesn't exist.► I tried to use a macro, but its call wasn't written correctly.

And it looks like this so the feed doesn't get too cluttered.

Love what there is so far, you definitely took what was already really good in LiL and capitalized on that. Can't wait for more! Also there is a reply button under each comment here on patreon. Use that so that the person you're replying to gets a notification.

Feedback: I think that what you have here is pretty decent. My major feedback piece is that you need to give the player more reason to give a shit about the box. It's meant to be a macguffin, but the player has no reason to be invested in it itself. Advice: Give the introduction of the box it's own segment. It should be fairly dramatic, and something likely to stick in the player's brain. Thus increasing their curiousity to it.
