A Realistic "ATL" Hood | Sims 4 Neighborhood

I know I've been gone for a while and I sincerely apologize! As a Big Thank You for sticking around here is the highly requested hood neighborhood I created in The Sims 4.
Yes! I got 5 different realistic lots for your game!
This is a multipart download, but please fill free to download which lot(s) you want. You don't have to download every single lot.
Tips to make your neighborhood feel more realistic
You'll need the T.O.O.L mod by TwistedMexi
Sadly, all of the deco and objects I placed off lot won't be included in the download, but here are some tips to make your game have a more realistic feel
- When looking for inspiration of "hood" neighborhoods in real life, I noticed they are cluttered to bits. Fill in the spaces of your neighborhoods; add trees, bushes, flowers, debris, and deco buildings everywhere (it's never too much). The more you add the more you will see your game drift from that default maxis look.
- These are the electric poles you see in my neighborhood, a must have for a more realistic look.
- Add functional objects off lot. NPC sims walking around your neighborhoods will be able to use these objects. So, place basketball goals, benches, stereos, barbeque pits, and picnic tables, then see your neighborhoods come to life.
- Here are my go-to realistic lighting and texture mods
- Tech Hippie - Replacement Textures
- Luumia - No Blu
- Softerhaze - Lighting mod - Try each one and see which one you like more
- ConceptDesign97 - Realistic Trees
- Alf-si - Default Replacement for Trees, Grass, and Bushes
Important
- You'll notice these invisible fences placed around the lots especially around cars. They are there to direct the "flow of traffic," so sims won't walk through cars and stick to sidewalks
- When placing lots remember to turn on bb.moveobjects to make sure everything on the lot is placed. If something seems to be missing from the lot, try placing it again while playing on the lot.
(These lots were placed in Foundry Cove in Willow Creek)

2021-05-30 02:29:33 +0000 UTCAt the moment, I don't believe you should need every pack. That many items missing might be another issue. When downloading builds, you have to make sure you have a file extractor installed on your computer. This is what opens the .rar files. Once the .rar file is open, there should be two folders; the "tray" folder files go in your tray folder. The "mods" folder cc goes in your mods folder. Also, before you place the lot down, turn on the "bb.moveobjects on" cheat. If off, the cc won't appear.
