Chronal Revenants
Added 2025-01-07 00:56:59 +0000 UTCMore commonly known as "paradox ghosts" or simply "time zombies", a Chronal Revenant is a twisted echo of a timeline lost to paradox, representing not so much a specific being or person, but rather the hypothetical being that could have been had an outcome gone otherwise.
Chronal Revenants are starved for being, and seek to replace creatures rightly belonging to reality by absorbing their future. To the rest of the world, the victim was never there, and the Revenant was always meant to be in the timeline.
