Still zeroign in on a good colored sketch process. Colors are all 2 layers, and there was no inking. It did take 4 hours though. Figuring it out. Tomorrow i'm doing script work on the next chapter.
Doing a false color internal like that takes me back to how i did the internals on Mouse Hole, which is fitting i suppose~

Surprised you missed it! Ah well, at least you witnessed the chubbo snake now~ thanks! It’s time consuming but that layer of drippy glaze really elevates this sort of thing

2024-04-12 16:18:18 +0000 UTCIt is a pretty alien process to me but it is a bit faster. I didn’t scale anything up this time, unlike the Jonah daisy maw pic from a while back. I just sketched big and colored it. I think it would still benefit from a thumbnail phase, I’ll try it next time. I wish you’d post some wips occasionally so I could see how you go about what you do, your stuff looks super great!
