So, in Passiontail, I imagine out of all the person-in-person acts, OV is the least common, because it's the most dangerous and difficult to get out of. Most common would be simple mawplay (kisses gone a bit far), then UB, then AV and least common, OV. Basically the harder it is to do safely, the fewer people will practice the kink.
OV is a lot of fun, don't get me wrong, but if it's gonna be existing characters, then it's gotta fit.
