Looks like our friend is having some unscheduled pharynx action! His hand is closing off the entrance to her trachea, though, and all and all it's a bit of a dicey situation.
I wasn't sure how the rendering on that first panel was going to come out, but i'm pretty happy with it! Thank you, airbrushing.
