Alright! That's the first Bonus Tale comic! I wasn't sure whether to have blake wearing his bandana or not, but considering all the other stuff he was going to be holding, i figured he might have dressed simple for the occasion. Aurora did as well?
Anyway, it looks like things worked out alright. Jenny's bad idea worked, just not quite in time to hide the mess from aurora's boyfriend. BUT, he doesn't seem to mind. He's pretty easy going~
Yo i will say, chip bag, not a fun bag to draw lol.

Anyway, this comic was a real fun proof of concept, it's really wonderful to know there's room for simpler render comics that i can get out to you guys faster. Thank you so much for being so kind to it.
I've gotten a decent amount of work done on the next Bonus Tale comic : Take A HIke, and i'll have something to show next week.
And as previously discussed, All future Bonus Tale comics will be 4 weeks exclusive to the $5+ tiers. So if you wanna jump in on that, now's the time to do it! Then, as usual, it'll be posted publicly 4 weeks later
I'm really looking forward to it. There are a lot of fun shots in Take A Hike, i think everyone will enjoy it <3

He's gotta work with what he's got, you know? I wish i had thought to hang something off the bits that stick out forward, but it was already a little cluttered i suppose. And yeah, this definitely isn't the worst thing he could have walked in on lol. He's pretty easy going

2021-07-28 19:02:00 +0000 UTCThe shorter form factor of the bonus tale comics is a good excuse to lean on the humor to get from point a to point b, since you don't have a ton of room for like, big emotional moments or mysteries or anything. Keeping everything sexy and fun is my favorite way to do it, and i'm glad that you enjoyed it! I'll have some news regarding Take A Hike soon enough, i think people will like it, too!

And yeah aurora really wasn't looking to get into these kind of shenanigans, but this certainly isn't the first, or last time, with friends like jenny.

A little bit more chub in the snout does a lot for Cervolt. Glad you like him! And yeah, it's a powerful sfx

2021-07-26 18:44:55 +0000 UTCI feel like Blake’s face has changed shape slightly between the original species sketch, that one weekly sketch you did of him, and this one. I may be wrong and it could be camera angle, but I personally feel this one’s the best so far. Longer than the almost humanism face of Blake 1.0 but not so long as to be uncute. At least, that’s my opinion. Also: Bonerr sound effect? Glorious!
