Note : Clarification on Votes and Tiers

The tiers I've had were just suggestions, really. The way it was structured, it's really just dollar amount = strength of vote during a poll. I've had a few people that have done $3, in the $1 tier since the beginning, and they always get a vote worth 3 during polls.
It was brought to my attention that this wasn't super clear, so i've reworded the tier descriptions to mention this, as well as put it on the top of the patreon page itself.
Hopefully this isn't much of a negative surprise for anyone! There have only been a handful of people doing arbitrary amounts, i just wanted to clarify~
