Bodies are not merely pieces of flesh; they carry deep wounds and memories, serving as living histories. They reflect the full spectrum of human emotions and experiences. Yet, we hesitate to examine them closely, as they have long been suppressed, controlled, and defined by religion, capitalism, and cultural constructs. We fear transgressing the boundaries and limitations imposed upon them.
But what if we dare to break free? What if we strip away the projections that society has placed upon our bodies and confront their raw, unfiltered essence? In this act of rebellion, the body transforms, it ceases to be a fragmented entity and becomes whole.
When we transcend these limitations, the body merges with the infinite universe - a universe that, in essence, is nothingness. In this surrender, it becomes everything and nothing at once a reflection of the boundless nature of existence.
PS: My body is not the one that capitalist beauty culture expects. It exists naturally in my own space, without fear of anyone. AND There is no such thing as a perfect body - it’s all about how I see myself.
How do you see yourself?
