As usual, there are the following:

Character Only Download (PC / Mac) - this will only work if you have the previous v0.11.00 content, and it's a copy and paste over.
Character name will default to 'Peter' but you can change this again by starting up a new game and putting in your desired name before the prologue begins. This will carry over to everything else afterwards.
Another change is at the end of the chapter, it will loop back to the Day 1 character select screen - I don't believe this will break anything, but please report any issues on that or anything else!
