Dev Report #54 (October 14th, 2025)

Hey, everyone!

I hope you're all doing well, apologies for the lack of report last week. I was dealing with a personal issue that ate up a large chunk of my time. I didn't get to work for most of Monday-Friday last week. I did give a short update in the Discord but just due to not much having changed in terms of game content I just decided to wait until Monday.

And honestly, yesterday was just a bad mental day. I was definitely doing the thing that I've been trying really hard not to do, I was trying to make up for the lost time of last week and stressing over it. Stopped myself before it got bad though, at least.

Anyway, extra teasers today. 16 total renders across 12 images.
And the past few days of work have gone well, the work before this last week was also decent. I've gotten a lot of work finished that doesn't show on the tracker. Most of the renders added were places in the script where lines ran a little long on a single image. I've just been going in and adding different angles to help smooth those out.
I also made a ton of variant animations as well as 2 new ones.
I finished editing the majority of animations, putting all the variants together and editing for the speed and all.
and I finished editing the majority of renders in photoshop.
Essentially a bunch of little things that eat up more time than I ever think they will.

So yeah, definitely on the final stages before Day 37's release. Still not setting any dates or expectations of dates though, the final touches stage has been my killer where I think everything is good then get into my head about anything. Trying to avoid that this time.

I will have the character sheets out this week, sorry for not having them out yet. They've been in a bit of a limbo as I have gotten busy then stressed about the update. I'm tired of mentioning them in all of these reports, they'll be out this week.

Season 1 remake Q&A will not be posted this week, I'm making some things presentable that I want to show in the post. Part of me wants to wait until Day 37 is out to help avoid confusion but if the cards fall right it will be posted before then.

But yeah, no exciting numbers and not a whole lot to report on at the moment. The update still hasn't been sent to testers yet but that will be happening in the next few days, even if I know there's a little jank.

So yeah... goals for this upcoming week is to get Day 37 sent to testers, character sheets posted, and keep on grinding out the small stuff that isn't as fun as making sexy scenes. 😄
