April 16: Weekly Update
Added 2023-04-17 04:23:20 +0000 UTCA late weekly update, but here it is regardless!
Things are still moving forward (despite a busier than usual week for me), but here is an outline of things done, to be done, and moving ahead!
- In between dialogue and getting Code part of things done, I have also been finishing up the last outstanding Scenes for the climax of Chapter 1 that will lead into Chapter 2.
- With 7 new characters (Earth Force represent), I want to create a balance of getting to know the characters, banter, and personality development. Some people don't like expository dialogue and scenes, while others find that the main appeal (which is absolutely fine for both!). There will be a lot of h-scenes in the game, but from a visual novel perspective there sort of needs to be a.. story of sorts? Otherwise I would just be making sex scenes with no context, and that's not my current goal for this project!
- With that, I am pushing for an April 30 Early release for supporters in the Outer Demon tier and above; specifically, it falls within my normal posting schedule so it would be nice to have it like that still!
- Following that would be a May 3rd Early release for Earth Force tiers and above, with a final public release on May 6th (Saturday)

This is a Soft Deadline and has no guarantee to meet it 100%.
I will be working as hard as I can to make it within that period, but it stands to repeat: this is a soft deadline!
As usual I will keep everyone posted on the general progress and where we are at, but I would like to get it wrapped up in ~2 weeks so that everyone can enjoy the game after a fairly long wait!
