I think you mistook an example profile for the rule. "Successful business woman with trouble building relationship the traditional way but wants a child" is really just describing Anna. In addition to her we have Eden, a celebrity actress, Keyana and Brittany, a pro athlete and her wife. There are many, many different backgrounds which is part of the fun of this side story. And just like for the poll for Tali, eventually we get to vote upon her background. So rather than think about "what age fits the background of a successful businesswoman" think about "what background fits this 24-27 year old voluptuous giantess"

She also said she was providing it for woman who for whatever reason didn't want or couldn't have a a child with their significant other. So maybe this 20something girl married some rich old fart who can't get it up anymore and is using his money to get knocked up I don't think Rachel cares much where the money comes from so long as they pay.
