I said three renders initially but since I wasn't able to do any weekend renders this week I decided to essentially make this one of them and have a little theme with it.
That poll was entertaining, we'll do something like that again in the future. Maybe same concept but with another client.
Also quick note about the release this week.
There may not be one this week again, after everything that happened working on WVM is pretty difficult right now. I'd love to drown myself in work but it's difficult to write anything. Everything just feels off or I get emotional randomly. But I'm still working on renders and I've gotten a lot of custom art done for some upcoming things.
I'm sorry guys, this is proving to be harder to deal with than I would've liked to thought it would be. I don't want to drag down this post too harshly so I won't get into anything specific.
Anyway, I'll do my best to keep all of you updated. There will probably be some teasers on Wednesday and I'll have more info on the release then. And I very, very much appreciate all of the support you guys have shown me. It truly means a ton. <3

And don't listen to the people saying you *have* to take time off any more than the people who bitch about you taking time off; they mean well, which is more than can be said about the whiners, but sometimes it's better to keep busy; you do what's right for you. If working on the game isn't working for you, but you don't want to sit around idle brooding, maybe do something unrelated to the game? Doing something a bit different might be better than looking back in a month or two and being unhappy about what you made.

I remember when my uncle died, it seemed like I was in a dream world afterwards, and it was hard to concentrate on anything. If I were you, I'd take a few weeks, a few months, whatever you need. Real life and family is way more important than work. We will all be here happy to see you whenever you feel ready to come back to WVM. I'll just replay it a few times from the beginning :). If you want to work on it to distract you, by all means, but only do that if you really think that's what is best for you. Best wishes.
