He is Rei, another alien oni and Lum's ex-fiancee, and he brings additional chaos in the life of Moroboshi's family.
In the fuss of his first appareance, Ataru runs away with Shinobu and Lum remains alone with Rei in his' boyfriend room.
The male oni immediately takes advantage of their loneliness, jumping over Lum and stripping her while proudly showing one big erection.
The alien girl is ready to electrocute him, but there is only one problem: Rei is a shapeshifter capable to transform into a big tiger-cow monster!
Based on "Urusei Yatsura" manga/anime show.
