How To Plan & Achieve Your Goals Metaphysically

Planning is essential. Without a plan, you are without direction. However, there are metaphysical laws to abide by when planning which many neglect (which explains why so many fail to execute plans and achieve what they're planning for).

In today's article, we are looking at how to plan our goals out while remaining in line with metaphysical laws in order to maximise our efficiency and secure our achievements.

Working & Planning On The Three Planes

There are three categories of reality: mental, spiritual & physical. It is universal law that we align these three planes harmoniously in order to manifest/actualise our desires.

Mental

On the mental we acquire the ideas of our goals and plans. We use faculties such as imagination and intuition to piece together what it is that we want. Spend time in thought playing around with ideas and seeing what sticks. It is imperative you know exactly what you are planning for. It should be clear, coherent, measurable and should make sense to you.

We must transmute our current state of consciousness to that which would confirm our goal has already been achieved. Evaluate the state of consciousness which the version of you who has achieved their goals operates with.

For example, you may be lazy now, but the version of you which has achieved their goals is disciplined - thus meaning you must learn to transmute your laziness into discipline and begin to embody the state required.

An elevated concept of self is also necessary. How are you meant to physically actualise your desire if you cannot mentally identify with it / being part of it? Understand that which you want is already yours. See it and experience it on the mental, identify with it, allow it to become part of your concept of self. You should see yourself as the self you would be had you already achieved your goals.

Understand that planning the steps and work must be left for the physical. Mentally there is no need to work towards your goal as you already have it. The 'work' required on the mental is to accept, believe, embody and identify with your goal.

To help reach the state of consciousness required, an abundance mindset is imperative. Please refer to my article on this topic for more information, 'How To Develop An Abundance Mindset'.

Spiritual

On the Spiritual plane we work with emotions. Therefore it is of immense importance that you embody the right emotions.

The main emotion that matters here is faith. Without faith nothing is possible.

Every time you walk into a new room you have faith. You have faith the floor will support your feet and not collapse around you, sucking you into the ground. But, you don't spend 1 moment even considering the aforementioned example as a possibility, because you already have immense faith in the floor you walk on. Think about this for a minute.

The same strength of faith must be applied to your goals. Approach and think about your goals as if they are literally an inseparable part of you. They are part of your concept of self, you have experienced them on the mental, you know they already yours, and this knowledge is backed by powerful faith.

If you struggle with faith it is important to do some work on your consciousness (meditation, journalling, introspection, etc.) to learn about this issue. It is quite common and usually easily resolved.

Physical

Finally, the physical plane. You must not neglect the physical plane as the physical is where the necessary opportunities and circumstances for the purpose of manifesting your goal reside.

I mentioned earlier how it is important to embody the state of consciousness that confirms your goal. And this is true on the mental. On the physical we work differently.

Space and time do not exist on the mental, therefore you can bypass the limitations present to us in our physical realm and actually experience your goals via imagination and visualisation. However, on the physical plane there are limitations that stand between you and the physical experience of your desired manifestation.

There are two main components to consider: time and work.

As I just stated, time does not exist on the mental. You can go to any time you want on the mental plane (that's why memories are a thing), on the mental plane time is a multidimensional collection of events happening in infinite ways.

On the physical, time is linear. Time only goes forward. Therefore you are at one point in time and your goal is at a future point in time. All you have to do is make sure the time that is passing is in line with the eventual manifestation of your goal and not being wasted.

How do we do this? Work.

Working on the physical using your ideas, thoughts, concepts and intuition from the mental.

It is not enough to work hard, this is merely what people who only acknowledge physical reality do.

Work must be directed in a manor that we deem 'efficient'. Essentially, your output must be able to multiply. You must be working in a fashion that has a trajectory of going up (increasing). In other words, work smart.

Working smart also speeds up time. Your goal becomes closer and closer (in reference to linear time and the physical plane).
