Keys To Successful Visualisation
Added 2022-03-20 20:12:03 +0000 UTC4 and a half months ago I uploaded an article on the art of visualisation, I believe the time has come to upload a new, refined, more in-depth article on what visualisation is, how to use it and why you should be practicing.
So, let's get into it.
The Quantum Field
The first imperative factor I want you all to understand is that everything you can think of already exists. Literally everything. It is known that every idea already exists due to the discovery of the Quantum Field.
I will post a full article on what the Quantum Field is so you can learn all about it properly, but I will shortly summarise what it is now so you have a solid idea.
Think of the Quantum Field as a plane of existence that transcends the 3 dimensional limitations of space and the limitation of time. It is also referred to as the source, Akasha, ether and God.
The Quantum Field is the highest point of consciousness, it is the original source of all consciousness and energy. Think of a huge lake that is stopped by a dam, the water cannot overflow because the dam is keeping it in place. The dam is the physical plane, the water is the Quantum Field. Every now and then water leaks through cracks in the dam and gets through to the other side, every now and then ideas/thoughts leak from the Quantum Field through our consciousness and manifest in the physical world.
Every idea, thought, emotion, energy, etc. already exist within the Quantum Field, everything originates from here.
Selecting Your Reality
When you visualise you are selecting thoughts/ideas from the Quantum Field and engraining them into your consciousness.
You must spend time thinking of exactly what it is that you want down to the finest detail. It is imperative you make your idea as specific as possible.
When I say your idea, I'm talking about your goal. Visualisation takes an amount of mental energy in the form of thinking and emotion. So you must be able to direct this energy at a specific goal.
If you keep swapping and changing with your visualisation, your subconscious mind will receive mixed signals and fail to produce any form of what you are attempting to visualise.
When you plant a seed, you must let it grow. Sometimes you water it, but that's the most you do. Visualisation is the EXACT same. You buy your seed (acquire your idea of your goal from the Quantum Field), you plant the seed (think of and fully comprehend the goal so that it makes sense and you understand exactly what it is), then you simply water it when necessary (visualise when necessary). You do not concern yourself with HOW the seed grows, you do not keep digging the seed up to check if it has grown or keep swapping out different seeds in hopes of one growing as fast as possible, you simply water it and wait.
Visualisation can be very easy and simple, some just choose to make it complicated.
How To Visualise
I will now give you the exact steps and information necessary to visualise successfully. Grasping the following is imperative, make sure you follow these steps as precisely as possible.
1. Create a scene in your mind of something that confirms your goal has been realised/manifested.
2. The scene should be no longer than a few seconds.
3. In your mind, announce to yourself and your consciousness that your goal has manifested. (eg. 'I am so grateful to be in possession of ____' or 'I am so deeply in love with the fact that ____'). Make sure it is clear and simple.
4. Attach STRONG emotion to your visualisation. For me, gratitude works best, for you it may be something different like love or excitement. Just make sure you are really feeling the emotion that confirms that which you are experiencing.
5. The best times of day to practice are typically just when you wake up and just as you sleep. If possible, literally fall asleep while visualising.
6. Simply repeat the scene you are visualising over for 3-5 times.
7. Stick to 1 visualisation, be consistent and patient!
8. Do not put too much effort in or tense up the body. Simply relax and be peaceful in the experience. Visualisation should feel natural.
The time of day you visualise is incredibly key to successfully visualising. Just when you wake up and just before you fall asleep, your conscious mind begins to become less defensive of information entering your subconscious mind. Your brainwaves slow down into theta. This enables your subconscious mind to become more receptive and open to suggestion.
Love and gratitude are two of the purest forms of energy and attaching them to your visualisation will help your subconscious mind in receiving the visualisation as the language of the subconscious is emotion.
Emotions & Beliefs
Like I stated previously, do not be concerned with the how of the attainment of your goals. Clearly understand what your goals are, visualise successfully and do what you must to work towards them on the physical plane. That is all that is necessary.
Any doubt will be picked up by your subconscious mind and will prevent the manifestation of your goals. Do not be concerned with how long it takes either, remove the limitations of what you think you know and allow the subconscious to do its job. If you start guessing how it will manifest, you are limiting the subconscious and limiting an abundance of opportunities you are unaware of from taking place. I will say it again; plant your seed, water it when you must, and simply leave it alone.
I personally visualise around 3-4 days per week. Experiment and see what seems to be working best for you.
As your subconscious is becoming more consciously active, you will start to see more synchronicity. Synchronicity is simply when multiple coincidences start taking place more often than usual, this is a sign that your subconscious mind is becoming more open to conscious suggestion and that it is only a matter of time (on the physical plane) before your goal has been realised.
Study this article as much as you need to in order to fully grasp the information and experiment with your visualisation to find what works for you. Have a blessed day, family π
