The Infrastructure of The Material Universe

The Atom

Surrounding you right now are billions and billions of atoms. They make up everything. From your body to the chair you're sitting in, the floor you walk on and the food you eat, they literally make up everything that exists within our material universe.

Atoms are the infrastructure of the 'physical plane'.

Upon looking at an atom, we can literally see the basics of what makes 'matter':

- A small object with a nucleus that consists of neutrons and protons.

- 'Shells' that surround the nucleus consisting of different numbers of electrons.

When one intricately observes the atom they see what initially appears to be huge amounts of empty space. In fact, to demonstrate the ratio, if the nucleus was the size of a normal car, the 'empty space' would be the size of Cuba.

The 'empty space' is actually energy, and the electrons aren't merely small balls of matter, they're more like particles within waves, they're a combination of the two.

What this shows from a quantum physics perspective is that the infrastructure of the physical universe is actually more energy than matter, so much more that one could even discard the idea of matter having any significance.

Energy

The idea of 'matter' being a hard physical thing is an illusion portrayed by our senses. Like I said previously, the physical universe is actually more energy than matter.

There are different types (or forms) of energy, and the types you learn about will depend how you approach them.

For example, from a physics perspective, energy can be electric, kinetic, thermal, hydroelectric etc. From a metaphysics perspective, energy is emotional.

Both perspectives are correct. How one classifies energy is merely how one sees its use case. 

To illustrate my point, kinetic energy is understood to be the energy expressed when something is in motion, eg. a ball rolling down a slope. Emotional energy is displayed through the expression of feelings/emotions, eg. love, hate, gratitude.

All energy is constantly moving and transmuting (changing form), it is never still or stagnant, it always seeks to flow, change and express itself. One cannot create or destroy energy as it is infinite, one can only transmute one form of energy into another.

As humans we carry different types of energy. However, it's actually important to understand that, even though there are different types of energy with different perspectives of use cases, all energy is the same energy. There is only one infinite energy constantly expressing itself through different means.

We carry energy through heat in our bodies (thermal), our movement (kinetic), our chemistry (chemical) - these are some 'physical' examples. And we carry energy via our emotions as I stated previously.

Emotional Energy

Emotional energy is fascinating because through the combination of the studies of epigenetics, quantum physics and neuroscience there has been a link displayed with how emotion influences the reality one experiences.

Humans can literally alter their health through emotion, this is a scientifically backed fact. In fact, it's natural and universal law, displayed by both modern and ancient teachings.

Emotions of stress, anger, hate and frustration cause the body to suffer and have shown direct links with the development of, not only mental, but physical ailments such as cancer.

Emotions of love, gratitude, faith and patience have been proven to aid the body in healing itself and in addition to allowing for more coherent brainwaves and thought.

It gets even more interesting when quantum physics is introduced as there has been a discovery within the discipline of how human thought and intention can literally influence electrons to appear and disappear in space-time. This discovery has been named 'the observer effect'. I recommend you look into it.

So, What Does All This Mean?

What this means is that you are the universe. You have and are the creative power of the universe. Ultimately, everything is energy. Energy influences energy.

When one becomes too obsessed with the physical, they invest their awareness within the effects of energy and not the cause of creation. They feel helpless and they become victims of circumstance. They try to influence matter with matter, failing to realise that it is only energy that can influence as it is only energy that exists.

Negative emotions are literally more matter than positive emotions. They vibrate at a slower frequency, whereas positive emotions vibrate at a higher frequency. 

When one is consumed in negativity, they are consumed in the material, the ego, the circumstance, ultimately they are consumed in the physical.

When one is tapped in to positivity, they have less care for 'things' and more for people, they feel more connected to others and more empathetic, they care less about greed and more about sharing/helping.

To tap in to the creative power we emit, we must be tapped in to positive. One cannot create  from a negative state, they can only destroy. And while you cannot create or destroy energy itself, energy can be creative or destructive.
