The perks of getting older

Hey guys,

on Monday, December 15, I collapsed at work. A sudden dizziness came over me, I sat down on the nearest stool. It felt like a thousand needles poking on me, breathing grew heavy.

While I was sitting I thought I was ready to go. I'm not THAT old, but old enough to leave.

My son who works in the same store talked to the paramedics on the phone. I have good ears, so I could understand the conversation.

"Is he responsive?" "Yes." "Are his lips blue?" "Yes." "Okay, you stay with him. Send someone else get the defibrillator."

That's not what a son wants to hear.

Paramedics came, put me in an ambulance, drove me to hospital. Check ups there. A few hours later I was discharged. Everything back to normal except the blood pressure.

Now I'm sitting at home in recovery for the rest of the week. Working on commissions and rewards. Business as usual. Less drinks though.

There was some delay in my works lately, probably because I didn't feel well in the past weeks. I apologize for that. I'm not back at 100 percent, but good enough to work on stuff.
