When Karen fought Midori Utada she was able to turn around a lost battle. She even herself may not have believed in her victory anymore, but then she knocked Midori out cold.
However, it was a tiring fight, and instead of travelling home for a long time she decided to stay the night at a hotel.
At least that was the plan.
When she approaches the front desk she gets into an argument with the young woman behind the counter.
