This title is being held by Hikaru Hanzo.
Chihiro had an encounter with Hikaru earlier who stood in the way to get a title shot against then reigning champion Ai Honda, but Chihiro got crushed by Hikaru who then challenged Ai, and knocked her out in their title fight.
Now Hikaru is the reigning champion.
