Part 2... this is why you were on my mind today, Matt: we're on vacation, and my hypervigilance is not letting me sleep. Two nights now with barely any sleep. It's rough. We had to get up early to get on the mountain for our ski lesson, and my alarm went off and I broke down crying, it was so distressing. My partner held me through the worst, and then I put headphones on and turned on Nature Walk. It centered me, and I was able to get it together and function. Once we got to the ski hill, the rest of the family went to the lesson and I settled in front of the fire in an armchair and put on Nature Walk over and over, sinking into a non-sleep deep rest for an hour and a half. (I notice something different each time, it's so interesting). After that I was able to join the family and have a wonderful day. So, thank you for putting your talent out into the world.
