I use VoiceAttack to tell a section of the script to play, then that section could be motion captured, and then after all sections done, I edit out all the parts between and move on.
This time around I took it a step further. I learned how to use AutoHotKey and created a nifty script that can be used to automate this process more. And I can use this for both recording the full body mocap and the forthcoming facial performance capture. AutoHotKey is really slick and free. You should check it out if you think it might benefit you.
