Long Hair Test
Added 2020-02-29 01:55:08 +0000 UTCAgain this is Bullet bone-driven hair dynamics instead of cloth-sim dynamics. Looking quite viable. It's tedious to set up; each individual strand must be activated separately.
The goal was to find a solution where the hair would self-collide and that is not happening. More testing is needed.
EDIT: Pretty sure v4 has self-collisions and I am quite pleased. This will allow for really big, curly, wavey hair that lays on itsself. Sweet.
