EDIT: I just found out it doesn't support Windows 7. Damnit!

Yeah the 3D mouse is excellent for 3D navigation. Not so much for animation input.

2019-08-27 15:22:46 +0000 UTCI have. I used to own one. It has such a limited amount of travel. I don't think it would be good for recording animation. A flick stick with the spring taken out will probably be a better choice.
