Super Vascularity Test

Helloooo..

Still rendering away here.  But I wanted to try something.  One of you asked me if I could push the vascularity even further.  This is a rough test of what I call "Super Vascularity" and it is doing the vein displacement in two layers (using different images).  There is NO WAY this would be possible before my memory upgrade.  And I must add that a full body effect like this may still not be possible with 16 GB of memory.  It is most likely this could be workable with the effect only done on "hero" veins.. like the biceps, forearms and chest.

Anyway let me know what you think of this quick test.  Would you like me to try heading more in this direction?

Really love the veins. I think it looks great when they really pop and become prominent during the flex, good work man!

not a huge fan of very visible veins tbh but that's just me. I don't mind veins as long at they're subtle. just prefer the muscle ripped-ness saturations

Yeah in this test I didn't draw them I just used a procedural texture to draw the veins. But the two-layer displacement effect is exemplified well.

I love the super vascularity! As a minor critique, a few of the veins look a bit too narrow, but otherwise it looks really good. Can't wait to see end results.

I think it could be interesting, especially if it was shown as ‘pump’ where it gets more prominent the more she flexes over time.
