Some good news with my motion capture hardware
Added 2017-03-01 07:39:09 +0000 UTCWe have finally narrowed down where the problem lies with it... It is the plug located at the hip that plugs into the main hub device. The hardware is designed to be used this way... But since all of the body part connectors are the same, I tried unplugging one of the hands and plugged it into the hub.. And it works! I could theoretically do mocap right now and just be missing one hand (or possibly a forearm).
That one hand would need to be hand-animated. No pun intended. Alright it was.
So what this means is most likely tomorrow they will instruct me to mail in the hip connector and they will send me a new one and it should all be good.
