Of course :) Rising Shine will appear as a 'replacement' for Twilight in another dimension; one where she never existed and Rising Shine was there in her place. When Twilight arrives however, Rising will do whatever it takes to get her place back as Celestia's best student, and keep Equestria's memories of Twilight hidden away.
