Especially around the 1st of every new month when Patreon handles all their billing/tier confirmation stuff there's a greater then normal chance of the website having issues tracking the correct tiers and logging out/back in tend to fix 'em. Let me know if you're still running into the issue and I'll trouble shoot further (files appeared to download fine from my end when i tested them)
