Oh, hey, I finally worked it out. Turns out it was a problem with Microsoft Edge. Using Firefox, it downloads just fine.

2021-11-02 23:01:00 +0000 UTCI just tried logging out and logging back in, and I still can't download the minis. "Tier 1" does appear on the upper right corner, and I can click on the download link, but for some reason it won't load. The link for Free minis works fine, though.

Might be something with Patreon updating your Tier status on the new month and the website catalog just needing to refresh it. After logging back into the website are you seeing Tier 1 in the upper right hand corner of the website catalog? Sorry for the trouble :/
