Yes, tried that, it's always these specific files, the other ones work perfectly. I notice the progress bar on zipping these files before the download takes longer than the other files. Maybe it's timing out by the time it gets to downloading?

2021-10-11 16:47:31 +0000 UTCThat's weird... I mostly use Chrome on PC Version 94.0.4606.81 (Official Build) (64-bit), and what I get is "Failed - Network Error". Every time. I try it in the latest Firefox v.93.0 (64-bit), and it works. There are a bunch of these I've observed. I'll send you a PM for the list.
