Snake Cultists Paper Miniature Release

So the Yuan-Ti paper miniatures are released (for free) on the DMsGuild here. It's thanks to everyone's amazing support that I'm able to releases stuff like that free for the community, so thank you all!
For handling Patron Rewards I've created some generic 'snake cultist" files which do not use the trademarked name or branding.
