Hrm, I just double checked the PDF and it appears to be working correctly - can you try opening the file in Adobe Reader (free to use PDF viewer that has support for Macs & PCs)?

I'm thinking of an encounter that starts with armor, then goes to animated armor...which turns into an armored wraith, which ultimately sends its gauntlets and sword to attack while it casts spells! Just when you thought it couldn't get worse...
