Thanks! Sorry it took me this long to get it working. Good luck with your game :D

That did the trick! I'm not sure what was going on before, but it seems to be working now. I'm sorry to have sent so many messages about this, but I really appreciate you responding. I'm very proud to be one of your patrons - you do excellent work, sir!

Hey Ivan, I've just gone through the file and re-exported out a new PDF here: <a href="https://www.patreon.com/file?h=6910118&amp;i=2338552">https://www.patreon.com/file?h=6910118&amp;i=2338552</a> Hopefully that one works for you? I couldn't find anything in the file that would cause the issue you're running into, so just hoping a new export on an updated version of InDesign will resolve it for us.

Just wanted to follow up one more time on this - I was hoping to use a Roper tomorrow for my party! Thanks!

Ivan St. John

Hey, sir! I wanted to follow up and see if you had a chance to figure out what was going on with the Roper PDF. Please let me know if you need any other info from me on this.

Ivan St. John

Thank you for the links! But yes, that’s the confusing part of it - the “print preview” in the print dialog shows everything displaying the way I’d like it to look, but the end result is just the logos and copyrights.

Ivan St. John

Might have to go into Account and login first to access higher tier files. I'll have to dig in on Roper PDFs and see what might be causing the issue.

Huh, I just checked it on my end and the Roper files appears correct in my print dialog preview. Odd that it's just those two PDF files, makes me think I might have messed something up exporting them. I recently redid the blue and green dragon PDF files for the website, let me track down links to 'em, one sec.

PrintableHeroes

Yes, that’s correct. I opened the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC today, clicked to the color of Roper I wanted, selected the silhouette layer (the roper was correctly displayed in front of the black background), did that for both ropers, and went through Acrobat’s print dialog. All that came out was the logos and copyright. Most of your PDFs have worked just fine, but the other one I’ve had the same issue with was the one that had the blue and green dragon. Thank you so much for following up! Your minis are a big hit at my table!

Ivan St. John

Hi Ivan, I just want to confirm that this happens even after you click on the initial placeholder image?

PrintableHeroes

I'm experiencing the same problem as Werner. The minis are great, but for whatever reason, even when opening them in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, I can only print the logos and copyright. Any help you could provide on printing this great mini would be great!

Ivan St. John

can this be a zip file

Drew Salisbury

Hi Werner, sounds like you're viewing the PDF file through your web browser. Unfortunately interactive PDFs don't always play nice with web browsers and you may need to download the PDF and open it directly outside of your web browser to be able to print it correctly. Please let me know if that does not resolve the issue and I can look into it further.

PrintableHeroes

For some reason when using the PDF and printing, even though I've selected specific ones to print, they aren't printing. Only your logo and copyright prints. Any ideas? Printed out the Giant Spiders with no issue.
