Work in Progress for HotDQ Cultists Set

My household got the flu pretty bad over the holiday weekend and I'm running a bit behind, but I wanted to get you guys an update on the work in progress for the next set.
These guys based in the dragon cultists from the D&D 5th Edition Hoard of the Dragon Queen pre-made adventure series.
I'm also trying something new with the coloring. All of the shading is "baked in" and I'm setting up the colors as fills that should be extremely easy for people to color swap with no repainting skills required. For 2016 I'm hoping to add source PSD files as a new Patreon reward for everyone who's been going above and beyond the $2 tier (you guys are heroes) and I'm hopeful this new work flow will make it really easy for everyone to edit and print out your own recolors.

2021-09-28 00:20:42 +0000 UTCI'm still sorting out the best way to handle this, but I'll likely be making a distinction between "recolors" and "reskins". Recolors would be color changes only and I could see including a few preset recolor options in the source files. Reskins would by anything that involves art changes above and beyond just colors and I'll likely be treating each them as their own unique minis with their own unique source file. That may mean Reskins would get their own recolor options included, we shall see!
