Update on my issues (II)
Added 2024-09-26 18:41:03 +0000 UTCI returned from my mother's hospital with good news. She's 100% out of immediate danger. She's still disoriented (her Alzheimer's has gotten worse due to all that happened to her) but the doctors said it's normal and it's probable (not 100% sure, though) that she will return to her previous state regarding it when all her values return to normal. It will be some days. They hope they will let her return to her senior residence early next week. My mom could teach toughness lessons to a bunch of pirates!
Tonight, my brother will spend the night with my mother so I can get some rest.
About me? Life hack: Spending so many hours in a hospital chair isn't good when you are in pain. Tell your family to not getting sick when you are already sick 🤣.
The meds are doing their work, but (perceived as) slowlier than expected. As I say, it's a perceived thing, perhaps it's much better, but adding back pain due to lonh hospital hours doesn't let me see the light at the end of the tunnel. Or perhaps the tunnel was built by the Dwarves Beagan (Scarlett's Fairy) talked about. 😂
The next good news is that spending so many hours in the hospital, I wrote (a small) part of the next update. And the even better news is that not everything I wrote was crap (a good part was, though. Not the best environment to be creative). Around 30% of what I wrote will be in the update, another 30% is salveagable with some edits, and 40% is crap that has been deleted after re-reading it.
