Brave New World - WorkDoc

Update: 26 Oct 2025

After disposing of the creature, the sci-fi tunnel felt like a dead end—nothing seemed to work for the next scene. So instead, Harry steps into a new world, drawn from a setting I had created for an earlier project called The Barbarian. It was originally a first draft for an additional series, depicting the young hero meeting a centaur and showing how the future gladiator would become horse-hung. I had always kept the setting in mind, and now it finally finds its place.

After inspecting his new surroundings, Harry once again hears his mate being pleasured, putting him in a foul mood as he continues his search. As he wanders through the forest, he realises he’s not alone. A statue of a large, hooded figure hints that other predators lurk among the trees.

Update: 26 Oct 2025

In Chapter 4, the story shifts from the ancient chamber to an endless maze of alien corridors, where danger seems to lurk around every corner. Tommy moves ahead and suddenly vanishes, leaving Harry shocked and alone. As he follows, distant, intimate sounds stir his anger, driving him deeper into the twisting passages—where spider-like creatures awaken from their pods and a vast shadow emerges from the darkness behind him.

Today’s update takes a lighter turn, as the menacing creature is revealed to be small and harmless, something Harry quickly handles before moving on. (No animals were harmed in the making of this scene.)

This chapter serves as a brief pause while I focus on my new series and figure out where this journey will lead. For now, its title remains unknown.

Update: 28 Sep 2025

“Abandon all shame, ye who enter here.”

Chapter three is all about returning to the places where Harry’s journey first took root—the spots where he shed his old self and emerged as the broad-shouldered, fiery-haired hunk we know today (see Chapter 5 of The Inner Sanctum).

I like to imagine him bringing his lover back here as a kind of intimate tour, showing off the birthplace of his transformation. It’s also the perfect chance to let the setting pulse with life in the animation. If any shame still lingered, this is surely the place where it was left behind.

Luminara

The ancient, weathered temple ruins are crafted from the KitBash3D Luminara kit, offering a striking blend of monumental architecture and rugged adventuring hardware, imbued with a sense of mystery and decay.

Generously provided for free, the kit allows artists to explore and build intricate, atmospheric scenes, while KitBash3D’s website complements it with an array of detailed tutorials, guiding users through creative techniques and world-building possibilities. Really great!

Update: 9 Mar 2025

The couple has fallen into a deep sleep, guiding the viewer's focus through the book's cover into the distant past of The Temple series.

I created The Temple series nearly ten years ago, with the first adventure propelling Harry to stardom. Over the years, I've lost most of the project's resources, but fortunately, the original settings have survived numerous PC crashes and external disk failures.

For some, revisiting the scenes and settings of The Temple may evoke a sense of déjà vu, but I'm sure many others, like me, are excited to see the story come to life in an animated version in the next few weeks!

You can download the original series from the Old Blogger Archive page.

Update: 23 Feb 2025

The progress of the scene where Harry is tenderly topping Tommy in the tent has been very slow, particularly because the close-up fragments, the blurriness of the background, and the soft light settings take a long time to render. Additionally, one scene needs to be rendered again at a different frame rate to ensure smoother playback. But we are making progress, and once Harry's bodily efforts have been rewarded, we will be prepared to move on to the next chapter.

Update: 9 Feb 2025

Tommy tries to read a book (The Temple), a slow and sensual seduction from Harry, while he undresses.

This week's output has been slow because rendering high-resolution scenes in dim light and at close range is very demanding. Even at the lowest settings, a short segment of just a few seconds can take anywhere from 5 to 7 hours to render. While faster renders at lower settings reduce the time, they result in grainy and blurry images, along with strange flickering in the shadow areas.

The idea of this scene is to depict a more intimate and seductive moment than we usually see in this couple. We have witnessed the growing bond between Tom and Harry in the previous animation, transforming their lustful interaction into a loving and deeply felt relationship. As mentioned before, they're on a trip that could very well be their honeymoon, so every opportunity is taken to solidify their physical union even further. And that entails a lot of practice!

Tommy

We first encounter Tom(my) in the Gravity series, where he is a lonely crew member aboard a space station. To pass the time, he spends hours in a highly sophisticated virtual reality room. There, he meets a massive ginger bloke, who ultimately proves to be much more real than he initially appears.

Similar to Harry, Tommy is a character that has been around for a while, appearing in several earlier series over the years. We meet him as the insatiable blond rascal in the Black & White series, where he skillfully handles his opponent's massive black member. And we see him in the third chapter of The Inner Sanctum, as part of the playful and hormonally driven band of young horny bucks.

Tommy seems to be Harry's ideal companion. Although he is smaller and blond, he shares a similar physique, a happy and playful demeanour, and an equally ferocious appetite for sex. It's no surprise that they have such great chemistry; their characters complement each other perfectly.

Next week: we'll continue exploring the sensual tent scene, gradually focusing on the book cover that depicts the opening scene of The Temple. From there we’ll zoom into the first scene of the old classic and bring it to life!

Update: 2 Feb 2025

As night falls, Tom and Harry snuggle into their cosy tent, safe from the dangers of the outside world, but it's still too early to sleep.

The best of both words.

For those who are interested in some basic technical stuff, here is how it works. I use DAZ Studio to create the 3D characters and all the other stuff (animation, settings, lighting, rendering, etc.) is done in Cinema 4D.

Creating a 3D character in DAZ Studio involves selecting a base model and utilizing morph sliders to customize the shape, features, and textures to achieve the desired look. You can find out more about Harry’s genesis in The 7th Circle’s WorkDoc.

Once the character is refined, it can be exported to Cinema 4D. In this program, you can animate the character through two methods: traditional rigging, where you'll create a skeleton hierarchy and manually manipulate the bones to animate the model, or by importing (BVH) files from Mixamo, which offers pre-made animations based on motion capture, allowing for quicker and more realistic character movement with less manual effort. Both methods provide distinct tools for animating your character effectively.

Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any questions regarding this issue. I would be glad to provide more technical details.

Next week: passionate lovemaking T&H in the tent! :o)

Update: 2 Feb 2025

Opening scene completed: As the sun sets, the Land Rover crosses the desert, approaching a large, dead tree at the spot Tom and Harry selected to set up camp.

After his adventures in space, we see Harry again as an explorer. Dressed in his khaki outfit and driving a rugged vehicle, he embraces the role of an archaeologist adventurer once again. I envisioned a rocky and barren landscape to match the setting for the dilapidated temple that appears later in the movie.

I liked the comment about the ever-watchful birds. The idea of including vultures as an audience adds an intriguing element to the opening scene. There’s something ominous and foreboding about these creatures, perched on a branch and observing the events below.

I am still working on the voices and want to perhaps add some dialogue to the scene. For the rest, the first two minutes of the opening scene are now completed.

The 23 fragments of footage for this scene were edited and rendered in Adobe After Effects, resulting in a file size of nearly 10 GB. However, by using Media Encoder, I can reduce the output size to 45 MB with minimal loss of quality.

To give an idea, the image below illustrates the editing process for this short fragment, which includes various pieces of footage, effects, text, sounds, and music.

Next week: Scene at night when there’s more going on in the tent. Harry recalls or dreams about his first adventure, drifting back to the initial scene in The Temple.

Update: 19 Jan 2025

Completing settings and character rigging for the first chapter. Rendering opening credits, shot fragment as test of the new format. The opening scene will begin next week when Harry and Tommy drive to a campsite where they can set up camp.

Harry’s voice

This week, I further experimented with the character's voice. I used the ElevenLabs Voice Changer tool, which allowed me to record myself reading some prompts and generate samples in different voices.

The extended library provided numerous suitable voices, but I believe that the “low and confident” voice of Deep Dave - what’s in a name? - is the best fit for Harry.

It appears that the program is much more effective at generating voiceovers than it is at producing speech and dialogue. The output often comes across as flat and emotionless, and the pace tends to be quite slow. Additionally, there are occasional side effects, such as a noticeable lisp and giving me a German accent — almost as if the program has a "Schwarzenegger" filter. Interjections such as "Uh?" and "Hmm!," so typical of Harry, are converted into something that sounds like Chinese :o|

It seems that AI still has some areas to improve, and I'm uncertain about how useful the program will be for this project. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how well my first voice synchronization with the animation worked. I think I’ll give it a try.

Updated: 19 Jam 2025

Preparations for the new animation began in December 2024, starting with idea development, material selection, and exploring new possibilities.

A new beginning in a new world

While the initial settings for the Deep Space animation were inspired by the Gravity series, A Brave New World will start on a more earthly stage, drawing inspiration from series like Focus and Inner Sanctum 5. From here, the characters will begin exploring hidden corners of the world, uncovering mysterious cultures and forgotten ancient civilizations. I am certain that this broad scenario will provide ample opportunity to create some thrilling, hot and captivating new adventures, allowing us to revisit earlier themes such as those found in The Temple and Ad Fundum.

We start the new adventure after Tom and Harry have returned to Earth. A sunlit desert plain of red rocks, sparse dead trees, and towering mountains; a solitary Land Rover weaves through the shimmering heat, leaving a faint dust trail behind.

I like to think they're on holiday, or maybe it's their honeymoon—a celebration of their deep love, evident in every lingering glance and the way they can't keep their hands off each other.

In the first scenes, they'll set up camp, sit around the fire, and make love in the tent. Then Harry tells (or dreams) about his first adventure, a close encounter in The Temple. This will give an opportunity to revisit the historical settings and to animate and re-render some of those memorable scenes.

This flashback might serve as a compelling framework for the story, where Harry brings his new partner (or husband) back to the place where it all began many years ago. Along the way, they will have numerous adventures and discover many new places. The two beautiful models The Lost City and Secrets of the Luminara could well be the basis for a Brave New World.

Additions and improvements

The most significant change in this project will be the upgrading of the image resolution from 480p to 1280x720 (HD). I am currently conducting tests and exploring how to manage these larger files during the rendering and editing processes. However, I believe that with a better processor and some adjustments to my techniques and workflow, I can continue producing animations at the same rate as before: ca. 1 min. per week :o|

The second major change will be the addition of speech. Although it is still experimental, the concept is to give Harry his own voice, allowing him to express more than just the occasional "Uh" or "Hmm" in the previous animations.

I’m still figuring out how to synchronize facial expressions and generate a specific voice. There are some intriguing tools available for animating speech, but unfortunately, they aren't suitable for older-generation characters like Harry. Therefore, I'll need to approach this in the traditional manual way, which will take some time.

To create the voices, I will use ElevenLabs, a text-to-speech and voice cloning software that generates natural-sounding speech using deep learning. It has an extensive library of voices and offers various prompts for editing sentences. It’s great fun to choose how each character could sound, such as what Harry's voice should be like. Currently, I'm testing ways to incorporate this into the animation.

Harry 2.0

When I began preparing for a new animation, I considered updating Harry to a newer version. The character is based on the original Genesis generation from DAZ, which was launched in 2011. Since then, there have been many advancements, and the latest generations are significantly more realistic and technically superior, addressing many of the issues I currently face with the model.

Transforming the specific features of the character has proven to be challenging. Although I have been working on the new model for some time and have made some progress, I am not satisfied with the outcome; it doesn't look like Harry! Since this will require much more time, I have decided to set this idea aside for a future project.

In the upcoming week, I will be focusing on setting up the opening scene. This includes conducting more rendering tests, searching for soundtracks, and further experimenting with voice recordings and speaking animations. There is a lot to accomplish, but I hope to share the first scenes by next week.

Comments

Thanks for your feedback; it’s wonderful to hear and much appreciated! I intended to create something similar to the previous project but never found the time to do so. I'm uncertain if I'll ever have the opportunity to work on the Deep Space WorkDoc, but since many elements in this animation are comparable, I would be more than happy to incorporate themes, insights, and ideas from the earlier project as well. So, feel free to send your questions :o)

Priapus of Milet

Happy to see the new animation! Deep Space was a fantastic journey all the way through, and I'm excited to see what themes and kinks you incorporate into this one. I also really enjoy the updates here in the WorkDocs. The process of animation isn't something I'm super familiar with, so it's fascinating to see it all come together. Any chance you're planning to do a WorkDocs equivalent for Deep Space? Obviously not the same as this, since the animation is complete, but I'd love more insight into the project.

Jack

I'm afraid rendering footage of such high resolution will take an eternity. It makes a huge difference when it takes 1, 3, or more minutes to render an image when you need 30 of them for a single second. of animation.... :o|

Priapus of Milet

I am looking forward to Harry's new adventure and the higher resolution! Why not advance on up to 1080?

Patrick O'Brian

-- I'll bet that Harry can keep it up as well as Mr Jack Hammer does in "Prototype". -- Just re-read it. There's some snappy dialogue in that story! -- Harry can certainly hold his own, and others' , to keep the balls rolling as we move along...

ajmanhattan

Join the conversation... Yes -- "Deep Dave" -- deeper, richer, like good coffee or a bear hug, What Harry says, not really how much, will have the most effect of all --

ajmanhattan

Thanks, Rich! I hope I'll do Harry's first justice with this new project :o)

Priapus of Milet

Really looking forward to new adventures like Harry's first and upgrading the resolution of his first adventure is an added bonus ... that was the one that brought me to your Patreon page and made me a fan eve since. ;-)

Rich Matthews

Thanks! Yes, It's going to be a bumpy ride :o)

Priapus of Milet

Whether it is Harry "2.0" or "3.0" or "4.0," with Priapus's great skills and taste, Harry will always be hot! I cannot wait to see the "down-to-earth" adventures Harry & Tom will undertake together!

Gulliver

Thanks, Phil! You're right, tricky issue. A voice can make a big difference. I imagine he has a low and confident voice. A happy mut very masculine sound. Fortunately, ELevenLabs has a large range of voices to choose from. I'll be posting some tests next week, see what you guys think of that :o)

Priapus of Milet

Giving Harry a voice is a great idea, but those who have followed his adventures for a long time may have their own ideas of what Harry sounds like, and they won't all be the same. So good luck with the project, but be prepared for some, um, unhappily surprised fans. 😀

Phil Hunter

Hi Stephen! Thank you so much for that. Always great to hear, much appreciated :o)

Priapus of Milet

Thank you for the great attention to detail as always. I'm sure I speak for many, your work is always hot and we love everything you do. I look forward to the new ideas that are coming. Sx

Stephen Cutting

Good to hear, I knew you might like it ;o)

Priapus of Milet

This is going to be a super adventure. Returning to the source and sharing with his new partner. Like it. Really like it.

Greg Hancock

Thanks, Jeff! That's great to hear and I very much appreciate your feedback on this :o)

Priapus of Milet

I'm very intrigued by the ideas that you mentioned here. Happy to see that it's Tom and Harry and can't wait to see the first animation whenever it arrives.
