Once again is December...

The update is now working and being beta-tested and proofread. I just sent it to the native proofreaders for them to do their magic and RiamMar for him to update his interface part (btw, he has now a Patreon page).
The problem with this is that I can't move Christmas Day. I tried, but the Church is adamant about it being the 25th no matter what. So every Tier can't get the game before Christmas even if I publish it tomorrow (without music/SFX and proofreading) and we keep the current exclusivity days (4 for Meemaw and Martha, 3 for the rest of the Tiers).
So, like last year, I ask you now (with a lot of shame on my part) if you want your Tier to renounce one day of exclusivity (Meemaw and Martha go down to 3 days, the rest go to 2 days) so I can have a bit more time to wrap everything, and every player can play the update before Christmas Day.
The voting will be open for every Tier from now until the day it goes down to the next one.

I almost said "maybe one summer holiday" to balance out the year, but I didn't know if you celebrated one ^_^

2023-12-06 17:40:31 +0000 UTCI learned the hard way not to do (too many) real-world-related updates, but this one was needed and (almost) perfectly timed. Scarlett talked about the Christmas in Summer thing some updates ago and, once she moved to the house, it looked logical to do it. Our top holidays are Easter, Summer Solstice, and Christmas. Spaniards are simple people 😂

The first and second Tiers got it the moment it's finished, regardless of it being 1:00 AM or 11:00 PM, so they have 3 full days of exclusivity plus some hours. The rest of the tiers get it in 3 days steps. There are other perks, but regarding release date, it's very simple.

I did the update with the illusion of having all of you (who care for Christmas) with access to the update before that date, and I miscalculated the workload (In a few minutes I will upload the changelog, and you will see it). I need your permission to do this.

Example: * Martha or Meemaw Tier don't win anything by voting. * Erika's Tier win 4 days if the above tiers vote positively and "lose" one day if THEY vote positively. You can guess in what tier half of the negative votes are right now.

But I'm so happy with this community an the response I have had the two times (December 2022 and 2023) this has happened, that I needed to ask.

I can understand giving the top tier(s) a one or two week head start but after that it seems like a matter of diminishing returns. My support is determined more by my pocket book than a desire for exclusives, perk and earlier access.
