v.0.13 - Part 2 - Chapter 1 Progress Report

I haven't posted progress reports for days because I got stuck making the switch to Part 2 (thanks to RiamMar it's now solved) and the new coding and translation system is slower until I get used to it. Now everything finally seems to be working and this last week I've given the upgrade a good push. I have finally passed the 1,000 render barrier!

This update is going to be a bit shorter than the last one but it will still be above the current average of ~17,900 words and ~1,180 renders. I estimate about 20,000 words and 1,600-1,700 renders.

What does this mean? That I'm a little behind schedule. I doubt I can do 600-700 renders and write a scene and a half in less than a week, so publication will probably have to be next week.

More changes: Taking advantage of the change between parts, I will change what I call versioning. You know that until now each "version" (0.8, 0.9, etc.) covered a whole day, but sometimes it was necessary to do it in two updates due to the size of the update. That led to confusion, because which update is 0.12? Actually it is the 16th (17th publication) but, as you can see, the numbering was confusing.

From now on, the updates will be called Part 2 - Chapter 1, Part 2 - Chapter 2, etc. This way I am not restricted to covering a whole day, or only covering one day. If I have enough time and content, I can do a day and a half or two, and if it's a day where a lot is going on I can do 3/4 of a day and focus on what's important, not on getting to the end of the day. It will also allow me to put the cliffhangers in when they have the most effect (don't hate me too much for that). To avoid confusion, I will put both numberings during this update.

I'm going to keep working on the update. My wife and stepson have already tried 60% of the update and they are really liking it!
