What happens if I unsubscribe today but my pledge expires on July Xth? Your subscription will expire and won't be renewed until August Xth. I don't have any control over this. I recommend not unsubscribing if your pledge expires in July. That way it will be extended over August.

If I am not a subscriber, can I sign up while the payment cycle is paused? No, you can't from tonight until July 31st. When I stop the payment cycle, it means my account is frozen for a month and I can't get new subscribers. Would that mean I will lose potential customers? Sure, but being fair to the returning ones is more important to me.

I will be working on My Dorm for those days, but not exclusively. I want to take advantage of those free and unstressful days when there is no deadline for the next update to learn new things so I can offer a better My Dorm. Photoshop, get ready! My wife also wants me to spend more time with her since after the vacations I will be abandoning her again to spend a lot of time with the Dorm girls. How selfish she is! Just kidding, without her support and understanding with the many hours I spend doing this, My Dorm would not be possible.

Why do you do this when most developers don't? Because it's only fair. If I don't give you the product you subscribed for, it would seem unfair to charge you for it.
