I feel a little shy releasing this audio as I made it when in a really intimate state of mind. Yes, there are hundreds of sweet kisses throughout for you, but in between the kisses, I whisper some encouraging bits that I hope will resonate for those that might need to hear a little encouragement/motivation. As the days grow shorter, and life continues to move really fast, I find that moments to sit and just be are so limited. And maybe sometimes it can help to just hear it from a dork like me ;)
