Map Set 34 Gold (Castle Ravenloft)

This set includes gridded and non-gridded versions of eleven Castle Ravenloft maps:
- Castle Ravenloft, Ground Floor [70x99]
- Castle Ravenloft, Floor 2-9 [38x48]
- Castle Ravenloft, Dungeon 1 [32x34]
- Castle Ravenloft, Dungeon 2 [58x62]
I recently finished a 2 year long campaign as a player in a Curse of Strahd campaign and wanted to run it as a one-shot for a different group. A lot of the advice out there suggests skipping straight to Castle Ravenloft. "Great!" I thought, "Way less maps I have to make." Boy was I wrong. Castle Ravenloft is way bigger than I thought; when I played through we had only explored about a quarter of it.
Anyhow, it was a daunting amount of effort, so much so that I was worried I wouldn't complete the maps before the scheduled one-shot. And, technically, I didn't finish them before the game, as a few of the maps still had missing pieces but, luckily, the party never explored those areas. After the session I spent some more time filling in those missing bits, adding a bit of polish, and here we have it!
Even if you don't run Curse of Strahd I still think this is a pretty cool castle to use for a generic dungeon crawl, there's a ton of rooms to explore, plenty of room to add monsters, traps and treasures. Do note that if you use this for CoS, north points to the left using the descriptions in the module. I personally think the maps look better oriented this way, but it is relatively trivial to rotate them if needed.
